6-12-Year-Old Gymnastics
This school-age boys gymnastics class will increase strength, physical fitness, and overall athletic ability. Students will begin skill development for tumbling, vault, and bars.
Gymnastics consists of many physical education and fitness aspects, which every boy could benefit from, later in life for all sports. In Europe, all preschool children take gymnastics, as they know it’s the basis for all sports.
Ages: 6-12

This hour-long boys gymnastics class will increase strength, physical fitness, and overall athletic ability. They will begin skill development for tumbling, vault, and trampoline. The class is offered to boys years of age 5+.
